is an ideal as old as humanity. Who will be the heroes of the 21st
Century? What is heroism in the digital age? These are a few of the
questions we seek to understand.
This website is designed to bring together the general public and scholars
interested in this topic to explore what heroism is, who performs heroic acts,
and why.
Survey
One of the main projects we currently are involved with is a survey that asks
people to help us better understand what heroism is.

Collaborators
Our vision is one of collaboration with other individuals and organizations that
share our interest in heroes and heroic activity. Currently, we are
collaborating with Dennis Pamlin, Global Policy Advisor with the World Wildlife
Foundation and the Heroism Workshop founded by Matt Langdon at the Janus center,
